The location is quite convenient for exploring the vibrant medina, easy to visit popular spots. The courtyard has a lovely ambiance that feels charming and inviting. My experience was marred by some serious issues. The air conditioning failed to heat properly during the colder nights, leaving the room chilly and uncomfortable. I found the door locks insufficiently secure, only held with a flimsy latch. Noise travels easily from the courtyard, disrupting any peace I hoped to find. While the location was a highlight, several significant inconveniences detracted from the experience.

Good internet connection.
The lady on the front desk was very rude, unhelpful and they set up a tour for us where we got ripped off. There was no hot water in the mornings, breakfast is was a 45min wait one morning for one boiled egg and no breakfast another morning. Wish we had not stayed there as we moved to another riad for the same price which was ten times as good.

I was there for 4 nights with a friend, and the experience was quite unique. The open courtyard is striking, and we really appreciated the spacious and clean double room. It's conveniently located, only about a ten-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, which made exploring local attractions like the Musée de Marrakech and Medersa Ben Youssef quite easy. We didn't try the breakfast there, but I heard it’s reasonably priced if booked through the right channels. it was a pleasant stay and a great way to dive into the Marrakesh vibe.

Thank you for a nice stay. Overall clean, modern hotel with nice decor; the location is magnificent near all the tourist attractions. They serve tasty breakfasts for all tastes with coffee or te and refills, for instance. The stuff has always been very, very nice. The accommodation is in the heart of the town. All in all they offer good service.

Incredibly kind, welcoming staff team with the hotel or tour manager.

I almost raved about this place, but how could I when I was met with unclean rooms, despite the cleaning fees, and an rude manager? Not to mention the constant noise and blinking lights keeping me awake at night. As a guest, I expected a room upgrade as compensation for the inconvenience, but no one cared at all!

The owner and staff were very friendly, and flexible when our plans changed and we needed to leave a day earlier. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Morocco! Very beautiful riad as well.
The only thing that we didnt like was the location, when arriving late evening it can be a bit intimadating (as with most riads it's located in a small alleyway, some local guys take advantage of that situation by showing you the way and then asking a ridiculous amount of money for that). Do use their airport transfer to avoid that!!

Welcomedrinks were offered. Dutch/French/English/Arabic speaking riadmanager. Breakfast was excellent. Enough, tasty and on time. The room was very clean and the design of the riad in its whole was beautiful. The staff also organized a nice bbq with local musicians on the roof, which was an amazing experience. We also got free Couscous and the experience of smoking waterpipe (Shisha).
The staff was very nice when you asked them something but sometimes that came for a price. The location of the riad in the medina is okay but very hard to find. There is no indication on the door or on the street. So we advise to use the map on booking (we forgot this) or just call them. When people are talking downstears, you can hear it through the entire building. The staff advise you to sit on the roof at night. The noise is than less disturbing.

The location is convenient.
Cleanliness is totally neglected. We found twice dirty bed sheets(blood stains!) in our room. The rooms in which we stayed were dump. The toilet of the first room in which we stayed was blocked same as the shower of the second room.

Riad Hannah is lovely and relaxing. The included breakfast was delicious, as was the one dinner we had. Staff was very welcoming and happy to help arrange tours for us to see the sights of Marrakech and the High Atlas.

We really enjoyed the location, just a short stroll to the bustling main square. The atmosphere was calm, perfect for our large family, including the baby. We loved visiting nearby shops and sampling the local flavors without the chaos of the souks.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities.

Quite a reasonable place if you can find it.
I felt that the staff were not overly helpful, I asked about going to the mountains and one of the staff quoted 350dhs per person, when we went out to look around most people were charging in the area of 200 dhs for the same trip. I also enquired about the local hammams, I was told that they were rubbish and not to bother. But my main complaint about this Riad is that it is actually completely impossible to find or even identify when you do find it. If you stay at this riad, you must make sure that you have the full address with you and their phone number. You will always need to get a guide to show you where the riad is which even if you have a pre agreed price, you will be expected to cough up in excess of a tenner for going approx 200 yards down the winding streets. This will of course end up in the guide getting annoyed and really quite unpleasant situations arising. The Riad is totally unmarked apart for a number 28, We couldn't get away quick enough!

The attitude and the responsiveness of the staff; the furnishing and design of the hotel; the location.
It would be more comfortable if the bathroom is separated from the room with a door or with a more stable fence, not just a curtain. Also, the guests should be informed in advance that certain actions, which are unacceptable in the majority of eu, are permitted in this hotel, and respectively in the whole country, as not to be obtained quarrels between the guests - such as tobacco smoking in the common areas of hotel.
